Drake made some calls on his shell-phone to make sure his son had the SpongeBob SquarePants party of his dreams.
In honor of his son Adonis’ 7th birthday, the “One Dance” rapper shared a series of pics from his celebration. Revealing the cool theme, Drake wrote on Instagram Oct. 13, “Big Don."
In the pics, the 37-year-old and Adonis posed in front of a SpongeBob SquarePants backdrop that reads, “Adonis’ 7th Birthday,” in the cartoon’s signature font. In the first pic, the father-son duo showed off their serious mugs. However, they followed up the moment by flashing their playful smiles.
Drake, who shares Adonis with ex Sophie Brussaux, also penned a separate birthday message that same day, gushing, “Baby goat you are different.”
The Instagram carousel featured a mix of pictures of Adonis at his birthday party, playing games with his friends, jumping during a photoshoot and putting his soccer skills on display.
Drake isn’t shy about showing off his best dad moments, including earlier this summer when the “Best I Ever Had” rapper shared a sweet picture of him taking out his son’s braids.
The Degrassi alum has previously shared insight into how much life as a dad. Means to him.
"He definitely just always is vibing out with me, telling me how great I am as a father, a single father," he explained on Barstool Sport’s Sundae Conversation in 2022. "So, maybe he is trying to deliver a message."
He’ll always go all-in when it comes to time with his son.
“I just mean, in an encouraging way," the "Rich Baby Daddy rapper said. "Like, You can always bet on fatherhood,” he noted. “For all the people out there, you can always bet on fatherhood.”
Little Adonis is all about his dad as well. During the same interview, Adonis raved about his “funny dad” and added, “he does lots of jokes.”
